People's Postcode Lottery

Players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised an incredible £5 million for the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland!

Generous support from players of Peoples Postcode Lottery is helping to protect endangered wildlife in Scotland and around the world. From the Highlands of Scotland to the forests of East Africa and wetlands of Brazil, players are protecting wildlife on the brink of extinction.

Thank you!

Player support enables people of all ages and backgrounds to experience and learn how to look after nature on their doorstep through our gateways to the natural world – Edinburgh Zoo and Highland Wildlife Park.

Thanks to the longstanding commitment of the Postcode Planet Trust, RZSS has continued and expanded upon many vital projects in Scotland and around the world, helping us to make good on our pledge to reverse the decline of at least 50 species by 2030.

Scotland

In Scotland, player support for Saving Wildcats is working to prevent the extinction of wildcats by breeding and releasing them into the wild. From our dedicated conservation breeding for release centre at Highland Wildlife Park, wildcats are being released into the Cairngorms Connect area of the Cairngorms National Park.
