Generous support from players of Peoples Postcode Lottery is helping to protect endangered wildlife in Scotland and around the world. From the Highlands of Scotland to the forests of East Africa and wetlands of Brazil, players are protecting wildlife on the brink of extinction.

In Brazil, players are safeguarding endangered giant armadillos and giant anteaters as well as protecting their threatened habitats.

Uganda
In Uganda, players are supporting practical action at the Budongo Conservation Field Station which studies and protects a community of nearly 700 wild chimpanzees in the largest remaining tropical forest in East Africa.

In Scotland, player support for Saving Wildcats is working to prevent the extinction of wildcats by breeding and releasing them into the wild. Based at Highland Wildlife Park, the first release of wildcats took place 2023 in the Cairngorms Connect area of the Cairngorms National Park.
