Background
Alice is currently studying for her undergraduate degree in Genetics at Cardiff University and is currently undertaking her sandwich year placement with the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland at the WildGenes laboratory based at Edinburgh Zoo. After her undergraduate degree Alice hopes to study for a graduate degree and is interested in going into a career in the research of gene function or in the field of conservation genetics.
